Ingredients

5-HTP
5-HTP increases serotonin levels to promote restful sleep, manage stress, and decrease sugar cravings.* It contains pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, the active form of vitamin B6 and the necessary cofactor for the conversion of 5-HTP to serotonin.

DIM
DIM is widely used in the treatment of both PCOS, PMS, and hormonal acne. It helps the body regulate estrogen and supports the liver with estrogen metabolism. Glutathione is known to support liver and detoxification, serves as a powerful antioxidant, and helps to brighten the complexion which aids is the appearance of acne scars.

Vitamin A
Vitamin A (as Retinyl Palmitate) This is a bioavailable form of vitamin A in a specific dosage that creates the maximum benefit with minimal risk of toxicity. Vitamin A is shown to improve the keratolytic function inside the pore, helping skin cells shed faster, which reduces the instance of Clogged Pores that create acne. How to use

Consume 2-3 capsules with a meal (this supplement requires food). For smaller people who weigh less than 120 lb, they may be fine to just take 2 capsules. For those who get too relaxed from the 5-HTP, we recommend taking in the evening.

Return policy

Refunds will not include shipping cost. We are not responsible for shipping cost if you choose to return the products. To initiate a return, simply email us with your concern & order number at ferra@lickitisplit.com. We do not replace free gifts or products not listed on orders.

After 30 days, we provide a product exchange or partial store credit code of 50% of your original purchase if you are not pleased with your order, however this is limited to 60 days after purchase. Exchanges are only eligible for the same product or alternate product of equal or similar value. After 60 days, we will not exchange or credit an order.

Prematurely expired products will be replaced or partially credited if the product spoils within six (6) months of the purchase date. We may ask for photos to better understand the product issue. Of the two methods to deal with prematurely expired products, we recommend exchanges since customers will receive a full size product versus a partial credit.
